This piece was shot in Ableman’s Gorge, Wisconsin — a place that feels like it exists slightly outside of time. The landscape itself already carries a certain weight, but what makes it truly different are the sculptures created by Peter Krsko, blending nature, sound, and form into one experience. These aren’t just static objects — they’re designed to be played, to resonate, to become part of the environment itself. The sound element was created by Eben Christensen, adding another layer to how the space is perceived, while the original footage was captured by Gatlin Fenwick. My role in this piece was focused on editing — shaping the final form, pacing, and overall feeling of the video. I approached it as a way to translate the atmosphere of the place — not just how it looks, but how it feels to be there: quiet, raw, and strangely alive in its own way.
